We are blessed to have known and worked with Kevin. He was very supportive and genuinely wanted the best for our kids. He brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. He loved school! He was in attendance for many on my achievements such as my Eagle Scout ceremony and saw me walk across the stage as I graduated high school.
Kevin was passionate about education and the outdoors, he was one of the many factors that made me go into education. He cared about educating our students and was welcomed in our community. I worked with Kevin in Colorado for three years then kept in touch after he left. I really enjoyed visiting with him and the sunglass emoji he would always send.
I just heard about this last week and was shocked and saddened. Kevin truly wanted students to be successful and was a good man. When he was in Colorado away from home, he would drop Bear off at the house so he could hang with Carly and Cassidy.
