There are many opportunities for raises and overtime. The hardest part of my job is the manual labor involved, but ymmv depending on your role. The most enjoyable part is working with great people who actually care about you. Tetra tech is a great company to work for and I would definitely recommend it to anyone in STEM related fields. No mileage paid but you need a car. Tetra Tech was a very laid-back place to work, but had no job security. They even tell you the first day on the job if somehow all the current projects finished up we would be laid off that very day. A lot of the work was repetitive data entry The days went fast at least.

As I continue to work, I see that they are true to their mission statement. Now, not every project falls into this category, but the company as a whole definitely qualifies. If you want to advance, let it be known and do what needs to be done and it will happen. Benefits are great in my opinion, but they could be better in some aspects.
