This place is usually very busy so make sure you have plenty of time or consider taking your order to go. This is one of those deli's where the workers know your name. They're friendly and conversational, and offer a GREAT selection of delicisous sandwhiches, side dishes, and wines. The dining area is cramped but once you're there, you don't mind. And outdoor cafe tables allow you to soak up the sites and sounds of German Village while dining. Due to the downtown location and often busy lunch hours, I recommend going early or going late, as parking, sitting, and standing space is at a premium.
