Every time I called, I got another story about why it was going to take longer. There were a few times when they told me they would call me on a certain day, and they never did. The lack of communication was not very professional. Also, I was not given the opportunity to authorize the repair after they diagnosed it. They just started to order parts and do the repair. I was not even given any estimates and was stuck with a huge bill afterward.

I felt like I was taken advantage of and treated poorly, and they did not even apologize for having my car for almost 2 weeks. Empty commitments. Poor communication. I will never take a car to Covington Transmission again.
