Every week I get between pieces of mail belonging to someone else. This concerns me because I still receive a little bit of important mail. I have called a number of post office locations and a number of them have "Not Working Numbers". Your main location doesn't even answer the phone either.
I have literally been calling all morning and it is now am. I have been redialing over and over and over and over. This is so unprofessional. Octavio A Aguirre. I had to send my assistant to the post office to drop the outgoing mail for Today, Tuesday and Monday. Yesterday, the gentleman came in and slid the mail under the door. On Monday, he came in around 2 PM and rushed-in dropped the amil and left without picking up the outgoing mail which was where it always is.

This branch is in my neighborhood and as a small business owner I use it at least 4 times a month. Almost drained my phone battery calling 5 different branches trying to get someone to answer a phone. Screw You. USPS doesn't answer their branch phones!!! BUT they pay their phone bill! You guys are full of it!!!

I was going to call the location, but upon looking at these reviews, it is obvious that USPS does not care about answering there phones. USPS seems to be a sinking ship. Brittany Straughter. We are both very hurt She is supposed to get two more packages of things I bought for her and we fear she will never get them.

I'm 65 years young and the USPS has gotten worse every year. To top this off, the mail offices around town don't even pick up the phones I'll be glad when USPS shuts down Dan taylor. The main phone number goes to voice mail then it says no voice box set up for this number. Then it says forwarding to attendent. Then say no attendent avalable, good by.

New problem, moved to new place, advised all businesses and friends of new address. No mail at all! Complained, got spotty service. Same house numbers but different street names. I never received my pamper chef package, light bill, my passport never got that, and on yesterday my neighbor gave me my insurance bill!! Soooooooo upset! I waited for my package that I scheduled for redelivery today which never came! I lost 4 hours of OT pay waiting only to find out it was sitting in the post office and was never even sent out for dleivery! I had a mix up with addresses when buying something on E bay and I'm sorry I did not get his name But the postal worker I talked with was excellent.
He took down info and is working to get my package to me. Even made a follow up call to let me know.
