It wears well. I even use the black and brown colors in my eyebrows to make a dark brown. I wish I could buy a single of this terra cotta color! I am a recent Jane Iredale convert and love this eye shadow palette. At 54, I no longer want to wear harsh, garish, dark, or super dramatic eye shadow, but opting instead for colors that are subdued, easy to blend, and won't highlight the texture on my lids.
These shadows are fantastic. Yes, the palette is small, the pans are small, but the formula is so, so good. It's long wearing, all the shades in the palette are wearable, unlike other palettes with shades that are so "out there" they won't get used, and with the darker shade, it's easy to create a more dramatic look, without it being too much.
